Hello. Hello. Yes, I've been away for a while - AGAIN. But I'm back - AGAIN. And this time I have some very happy news.
I have discovered a miracle pill. I know, I know - where have you heard THAT before, right?
BUT, I can honestly say, as one of those people who buys every stinkin' new diet pill or exercise contraption the television or local drug store has to sell, I have finally found something that actually works this time. What's funny is - it's totally natural, unlike the synthetic pills the stores sell, and it's not approved by our government, unlike the synthetic pills the stores sell.
Here's what I've experienced with FDA-approved diet pills:
Shakes * Anxiety * Light headedness * Sweating * Rapid heart rate * Shortness of breath
OR
They just plain don't do anything and I'm starving all day and eat more than ever.
Then one day I crossed paths with someone I hadn't seen in about three months and she was SKIN-NY! And I was like, "OH MY GOSH! WHAT have you DONE?! I MUST know your secret!"
That's when I was informed about a special pill from Asia. I knew nothing about it. I had seen all the evidence I needed - someone who lost a significant amount of weight in a short period of time.
So I ordered two bottles.
These are called "Slimming Pills EXTRA STRENGTH" and here's what they do:
1. Make you crazy thirsty. I mean, you will crave water like you've never craved it before. Ever been out in the heat for a while and you suddenly feel like you just need to down a huge glass of ice water? That's how I feel pretty much all day long, so I drink and drink and drink water all day. I tried sipping a bit of soda once - it did not even come CLOSE to quenching my thirst. In fact, it made me more thirsty.
2. It almost completely knocks out my appetite, so instead of feeling like I just want to eat all day long, I'm satisfied on very little. I typically drink a Slim-Fast shake for breakfast or have a small bowl of oatmeal and I generally don't feel hungry again until 2:00 PM. Even then, it's not a starving hunger that I feel. I'm also satisfied on very little.
For example, here's what I ate today:
8:00 AM: Oatmeal
11:00 AM: Small handful of animal crackers
2:00 PM: Slim-Fast shake
6:00 PM: Half a sandwich (I couldn't eat the whole thing, I felt stuffed)
Now, on top of this, I also have a lot more energy than I used to and there's no crash and burn at any point like energy drinks and energy pills have.
I do exercise. I either power walk for an hour or I do jumping jacks and sit ups throughout the day in groups of 100.
For example, I'll type a little and then do 100 jumping jacks and then fold some laundry and then do 100 sit ups and then type a little and do 100 jumping jacks and then make lunch for the kids and do 100 sit ups, etc., etc. I shoot for 500 of each per day, but usually only make it to 300 of each because my kids are so demanding. However, this has also helped me build some nice muscle and my stomach is getting nice and toned and I have the energy to do this on what little food I'm eating because of these pills.
I've been on these pills now for 2 1/2 weeks and have lost 10 pounds and I feel like I could stay on these forever. I'm so happy with my new lifestyle and the way I'm eating. I've tried so many times in my life to eat healthy and I'm capable, but the portion sizes and frequency of my eating is what I've had such a hard time controlling. These pills help me stay on top of my game.
So, there you go - my secret! I need to take another picture and post it. I will get one done this weekend and have a new post for Monday.

Kind of scarey. Honestly. Be careful. I love the 100 of exercise. Good night. I hate doing 2 jumping jacks. But 100? You rock!
ReplyDeleteBrooke, it's totally not scary. It's not bad for you. It's just a combination of herbs that helps you stay in control. That's it. It's all natural. It would be like going to the herb store and buying the herbs included in these pills and taking them all at once....OR you can take it all wrapped up in a capsule.
